REFUND POLICY
Vybe Networks Inc.has different refund policies for different services:
- For all Dial-up services, there are no refunds. All sales are final.
- For all HSA (non-PPPoE) DSL services, there are no refunds.
All sales are final.
- For all monthly DSL services, there are no refunds. All sales are final.
- For all yearly DSL services, the Yearly DSL Plan Refund Policy for
is as follows:
- First 60 Days: Refunds are available if an issue is reported
with the PPPoE DSL service within the first 60 days. If the service
issue cannot be resolved after multiple attempts a refund will be
issued. The amount of the refund will be according to the Calculation
of Refund (Section 3.) below.
- After First 60 Days: After the first 60 days, refunds will be
considered on a case-by-case basis. A $25.00 (plus tax) Administration
Fee will apply. The Administration Fee will be subtracted from the
refund. The amount of the refund will be according to the Calculation
of Refund (Section 3.) below.
- Calculation of Refund: Any months or parts of months used will
be multiplied by the regular Monthly Plan rate for the corresponding
Monthly Plan of the Yearly Plan. The product of this calculation will
be subtracted from Yearly Fee that was paid for the DSL service.
Any amount left over is the refund.
- For all hosting services, the refund policy is as follows:
- On monthly services - there is no refund.
- On Annual services - Any months or parts of months used will
be multiplied by the regular Monthly Plan rate for the corresponding
Monthly Plan of the Yearly Plan. The product of this calculation
will be subtracted from Yearly Fee that was paid for the DSL service.
Any amount left over is the refund.
- For all domain registrations, transfers, and renewals, there is no
refund unless written proof is provided to show that the domain
registration, transfer or renewal was cancelled prior to the date the
registration, transfer or renewal was to have taken place.
- For VoIP services the refund policy is as follows:
- On monthly services - there is no refund.
- On Annual services - Any months or parts of months used will be
multiplied by the regular Monthly Plan rate for the corresponding
Monthly Plan of the Yearly Plan. The product of this calculation
will be subtracted from Yearly Fee that was paid for the DSL service.
Any amount left over is the refund.
- There are no refunds on setup fees for any services.
All sales are final.
- For all other services not specified, there are no refunds.
All sales are final.
- Customers must incur any fee in connection with the refund process,
and Vybe Networks Inc. will refund the net amount. In particular:
if payment was made by credit card, Vybe Networks Inc. will subtract
the fee in connection with crediting to the Customer's credit card (if
there is any), if payment was made by bank transfer, Vybe Networks Inc.
will subtract fees required for the bank transfer, if payment was made
by PayPal, Vybe Networks Inc. will subtract the fee(s) in connection
with crediting to the Customer (if there is any), if payment was made
by any other method, Vybe Networks Inc. will subtract any fee(s)
associated with the transaction.
