Hi Everyone,

First off we are being joined by Mr. Tapan Desai. He will be handling day-to-day support. Tapan is a recent graduate of York University with a BA, Specialized Honours Degree in Computer Security and has several years of hands-on network management and security, as well as programming in Python, Arduino, Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. His focus has been on developing and monitoring a wide range on security systems for clients since 2015. Tapan has spent considerable time in managing business processes and systems, which will greatly aid any of you want assistance with Digital Transformation (see http://vybeoffice.com/digital_transformation.html).

Ms. Oneli Wasam will be providing first-line customer service support for those calling in to the support line to ensure your request goes to the right person. Oneli provides a range of office management support to Vybe and it's affiliated companies in its Toronto offices.

Alex Chernyshev, who has provided you with day-to-day support is shifting his focus exclusively on product development.
