2016-07-25 - VoIP System - Aug 2 service interruption
Dear Vybe clients;
On August 2, 2016 our VoIP provider will be performing maintenance on their switch. Maintenance start time: 1 am EDT Outage start time: between 2 am and 2:30 am EDT Outage duration: 20 to 60 minutes Maintenance end time: 7 am EDT.
This means that our phone clients (including Vybe itself) will not be able to call outside of our system for up to one hour in the early hours of August 2. This includes 911 service so we suggest that you keep a cell phone handy during that period just in case. If you do not have a cell phone and do have an emergency at that time you can call 611 and we will contact 911 for you.
Note that during this outage you can still contact other Vybe phones including the extensions in your own virtual PBX.
