Introduction¶
Welcome to the Vybe Networks control panel.
This document will describe all aspects of the control panel although not every function will be available to you. There are three main types of user:
Regular users
Master users
Master users in service groups with virtual domains.
The first account created in a service group will generally have group edit or “master” priviliges. If the account is part of a group with a domain then there will be further functions available to manage the virtual domain account.
Any further accounts created will have regular access. This allows them to manage their own account for things like name, user (mailbox) name, password, VoIP phone, etc. as well as access to special Vybe features such as bookmarks, VybeWallet, spam filters, email folder management and other features.
The master account will also have the ability to edit regular user accounts including changing their passwords.
This is the screen layout:
The company logo and graphics at the top.
A header describing the current operation.
A gray box on the left with user details such as logged in user.
A navigation bar with drop down menus.
The body of the page as described in the following pages.
