.. $Id$ ============= Phone Service ============= If your account includes Vybe VoIP phone service, a "Phone" menu will appear in the navigation bar. VoIP Settings +++++++++++++ This page shows the key information for your Vybe phone and lets you update a few settings. The following fields are displayed for reference (they cannot be changed here — contact support if corrections are needed): - **Phone number** — your primary Vybe phone number. - **Secondary number** — a second number on the same account, if applicable. - **SIP password** — the password used to authenticate your SIP phone to our servers. If you purchased your SIP phone from Vybe Networks it will be pre-configured with this value. The following fields can be edited: **Display name** The name shown on the recipient's phone when you make a call. **Voice Mail PIN** A numeric PIN used to access your voice mailbox. You are required to change this from the default value that was set when your account was created. Choose a PIN that is not easy to guess. **Mobile phone** An optional mobile number associated with your account. After making changes, click the update button to save them. Accessing Your Voice Mail ------------------------- From your Vybe phone, dial ``*98``. Follow the audio prompts to listen to, delete, or manage your messages. Remote Access ------------- To check your voice mail from any phone: 1. Dial your Vybe phone number. 2. When voice mail answers, press ``*``. 3. Enter your Voice Mail PIN when prompted. You will then hear the same voice mail menu as when calling from your own phone. Long Distance Rates +++++++++++++++++++ This tool lets you look up the per-minute rate for any phone number before you call. Enter the full phone number (including area code and country code where applicable) and click "Get rate". The result shows the number prefix, the destination name, the call type, and the rate in cents per minute.
