2004.11.28 SpamAssassin 3.0 + Perl 5.8.5

SpamAssassin has at long last been upgraded from 2.64 to 3.01. Perl was upgraded to version 5.8.5 (from 5.6.1) in the process. These are fairly major version upgrades. Everything appears to be working smoothly so far. Anyone using Perl for CGI might want to double check that things are operating properly (especially if you use many external perl modules).
