2003.07.04 Maintenance Reboot

As many have noticed we've been experiencing multiple server problems since our move to our new location. In an attempt to better isolate the problem we are moving some services (notably, NFS) to a new server tonight (or "this morning", around 1 am). This will be requiring a reboot of all servers as we switch various hardware. The shell may require serveral reboots. Sorry for the late notice. It was one of those days: I (Tim) simply forgot to post this MOTD earlier.
