2002.10.16 Mail Glitches

Mail was temporarily being delivered to the wrong place for a much of earlier today. The mail server had to be shut down several times while we sorted this out. No mail should have been lost, however. We did have to append the mail that was mis-delivered to the end of the regular mailboxes, so you may find some messages sequentially out of order. Everything should be back to normal now.
