2010.06.26 HST and Vex.Net

Harper's Sneaky Tax (HST) comes into effect in a few days. In fact, invoices being issued now will have the new tax rate of 13% since they are for services that will be delivered after July 1. Note that according to my accountant I also have to review all invoices issued since May 1 and charge an extra 8% for any services billed for the portion that will be delivered after July 1. I am still trying to determine exactly what services that would cover.
